BROKEN PROMISES
I got retrenched while i was under dept review with DebtBusters SA and i have a life claim insurance with them. My claim was approve to pay my debts while im unemployed, since October 2019.For the past 4 months payments haven't been done and i have been sending emails, calling them with no progress and it is very frustrating and annoying as i am receiving calls from their client services to make arrangement for payments which im still unemployed and they suppose to pay my accounts until September 2020. Their customer service support has been promising to look into issue and call me back and they haven't called back whatsoever. My creditor are even threatening to take legal actions against me and that involves my car
