Brilliant service from Sumaya and Mfuneko

These 5 stars are for two individuals, Sumaya and Mfuneko, who went out of their way to provide me with excellent feedback and resolve a very frustrating situation at the end of my debt review process. I will he honest, I have not been very happy with service received in the last few months. I won't go into details but it has been a frustrating period of me making Debtbusters aware of issues and either not getting feedback or assistance not being offered. I do however believe this was an isolated case, but the service I received this morning shows to my mind that there were simple errors that could have been rectified much sooner.
