Balance due gone up . No response Why

customers number: ***B I went to Debt Buster in 2016 when I start battle with my accounts. They where wonderful and Very helpful till in December 2019 I start battle with them about some accounts balance due went up from R700 till more than R6000 and battle with them about this and battle to get answers. I have emailed them phone them but still no answer what is going on. And the one lady say that I have skipped payments I ask her to proof where I have skipped any payments because I no I have never skip one payment since 2016 but now she do not come back to me because I have proof I never skip any payments. I was supposed to paid up All my accounts end March 2020"according the statements but all the sudden I got this statement January 2020 with one account outstanding balance gone up like that and this month their are two more accounts the balance due gone up by more than tripple know their are 3 accounts the outstanding balance are so high and I do not get any answers from them . The accounts was supposed to be paid up and know I sitting with these accounts . I was retrenched last year March and used all my savings money to make sure this accounts are paid up last month. I have no in come . If they make a mistake on the accounts it is not my problem that is why I went to them to help me with All my accounts and know one the end where everything was supposed to be paid up now All the sudden I got this from them. This is not acceptable for me . Is this how they trick customer's to keep on paying to to lift with your last payments the balance by more then tripple. This is not fear to me that they outstanding balance was not correct because I have work on that outstanding statements since 2016 and now all the sudden this come up why???? Never they say we can not work on the outstanding balance due on they statements.
