Bad service with no feedback

I have been under debt review for a year now and on February 2021 I decided to pay all my debts directly since the hyphen service was paying later that the agreed date, I arranged with them then I honored paying my accounts and the aftercare fee as well, then on the 4th of July 2021 I received a call from cash connect in connection with my bradlows account, they claim that my account is not under debt review anymore it was removed because I am paying them directly and it has accumulated interest, I also have 9 outstanding months the loan amount was R53 000 and now its R61 000 regardless and the last time I checked this account was not supposed to have any interest , I tried so query this matter from the 4th and the answer that I got was I should wait for legal response, I tried emailing and calling everyday all I get is no answers, I am very disappointed and surprised by the way things are being handled.
