Bad service when canceling.
I have horrible experience with them as they are currently taking forever to cancel my contract with them. They always promise to call back but they never and they keep me on the phone for far too long. It was quick and easy when I signed up but it’s so hard for them to cancel my contract and I always have to be the one to follow up with them, if they don’t get back to me they keep me on the phone for too long. It’s not easy to get out of their contract simply because they don’t want to assist with it, now they can’t even refund me.
