Bad service slow response incorrect balances

Bad service all round.

I have had many questions over the time that I have been under debt review. At first there where many issues with getting the process started, there where issues with credit life insurance, and balances that never seem to match up. I have been paying since April 2015 and some of my accounts on the court order state that there are payment periods of 50 months and 54 months with interest rates stated. Some companies have changed the interest rate as they see fit. I am way past this period now. Then when you tell them something is not right it always takes forever to get answers. They will tell you that they are not getting feedback from which ever company. When you try to call the person who is handling your case you will always be told that they are not available. And I wonder why I am paying a service fee ? Not managing my debt I had to tell them that something doesn't add up, they do not respond without waiting 3 days, this is apparently their policy, poor policy. These guys will have you paying until the day you die if you do not check up on them.
