Bad Service. Not satisfied at all
You have an agreement with them and when the time comes they don't honour that. This is supposed to be a company that gives you peace of mind and negotiating with lenders but they actually are the opposite, they give you unnecessary stress. You then hold on the line for hours and when you finally get to speak to someone,they take their time and the line disconnects as this is not a toll-free number but no one bothers to call you back. Really?
