Bad service. No response
Extremely bad service. No one ever gets back to you. Send email upon email, and you just get a ticket number with no action. Week after week, I resend my emails, I resend my query and no one gets back to me. When someone does respond, they didn't even read the email and give you information that you did not ask for, or already got, and gave it to them, to proof your issues.
