Bad Service from DebtBusters
Pathetic service received from DebtBusters with regards to the closed accounts and payment allocation to the existing ones , i sent called in on the 10th of August 2022 only to find out today after a whole month.
The Team Leaders and Managers are always not available to take the calls from their clients always in meetings, they promise to call you back and no one gets back to you.
I phoned last week to check the progress of my query, i was informed that my query is with Amahle who apparently promised to work on my query and get back to me but that never happened.
I spoke to Amahle today and she advised that she has not touched my query it is still open after a month. no one confirms the TAT it is just from pillar to post.
DebtBusters does not take their client serious or willing to assist them.
