BAD SERVICE FROM DEBTBUSTERS

I am battling to get debt order stopped from debt busters, now they took R8075,26 out of my account and I don't ow them anything, because everbody THAT I OWED is paid up. Now I am battling to get my money back. I email debt busters a lot of times, they don't respond nor phone you back. Now it going to cost me money and time to get mY money back and debt busters don't help me for their mistake.
