Bad service
I took a decision to join Debtbuster in March 2023 due to financial constraints… Made the agreed payment / being paying them on monthly basis since joint them and they assured me that everything will be taken care of I respect to my creditors.. Two months down the line two accounts not paid , I enquired with them and again assured me that the matter will be sorted till now I am getting calls from my creditors regarding the arrears. I then enquired with them again and still I get the same response.. and starting to regret why I joined them in the first place ..
