Bad service Debt buster

I made application to Debt busters to assist me with my debts. I was in contact with Pumeza and after I looked at everything, I notice that I will not afford to pay the amount of money requested from me. I inform her that she must not proceed with application and she said that application was not processed. I was shocked when I found out that I was placed under Debt Review by Debt busters and they don't want to remove my name I am being penalized for Pumeza's information and this happened in 2015 till now I am still fighting for my name to be cleared
