Bad Service

We joined this company in Feb this year and all went well then covid hit our country and due to this we were unable to meet the payment requirements as of April 2020, we have been diligent with our communications to debt busters, and they even gave us a 17.3 form.. we thought that we were good, I tried to make payments as best i could, only to find that consumer friend have terminated some of our accounts. after many calls, emails, updated documents Debt Busters eventually called and told us that as long as we pay end September they will try and reinstate the accounts. for the past 2 weeks, we have been receiving calls from collecting agents demanding money, and when i tell them we are with debt busters, they say they have not heard anything from them.. there is such a lack of communication between consumer friend and debt busters, and when you send numerous emails no one responds.. you call, the agents let you hold on for 10 minutes.. and eveytime you have to explain yourself over and over because the system is not updated .. Why is communication so bad from debt busters, and why should the clients beg for an answer why, no matter who you copy in on your email, no one responses to anything..
