Bad service

Never used to have a problem with Debt busters until lately.... What I would like to understand from them is how they distribute funds. After sending me an email saying I get a early settlement discount on the last payment on my cc they just don't settle the account? Really??? This is not the first time this has happened. Seems they do not check with credit providers. Close their eyes and pay whatever.... I logged a complaint or call or ticket last week, after being on the line for 20mims the call was dropped then on the line again for the same amount of time just to log my issue, they just don't follow up? I was told they would get back to me in 3 business days, it is now 5. Pathetic service from them... I have to follow up on accounts myself to make sure things are being done correctly... Not happy with this service.. And now I will probably be penalized once again because a payment is not made...
