Bad service and respond or no respond for almost 1 and half year.

In July 2012 I app**** for Debt Review with DebtBusters. They really helped me and all was well up until October 2015 the balances for some of the credit providers increased e.g from R40000.00 to R100000.00. I wrote an email to their legal department as usual when I had challenges but no respond. I continue paying still trying to inquire about the balances. I only got a feed back by means of a statement from one credit provider which I didn't understand. I kept on paying still in the dark en confused. Then i check my court order agreement this year in January cos now there was no communication between us only PDA statement which is confusing en frustrating me. According to the court agreement last proposed date of payment for the last debt was 31 March 2017, of which I payed and that was the last payment I did. Before I stopped emails were sent to them for assistance en enquiries but no respond from DebtBusters. In July 2017 after 3 months of non payment they start sending emails and follow up calls concerning non payment. When I explained my problem they were no keen to listen but reminding me of consequences of non payment. That's when they started responding to my emails which was not helpful cos they were not answering my questions. Then i got hold of my credit record with Itc en forwarded them the balances proving that they are not corresponding to my balances on PDA statement. They agree that the balances on the PDA are not accurate and I must consider the one they sent me. Now I made agreement with credit providers directly cos I'm affraid that they won't distribute my money correctly. I owe credit providers a total balance of R45000 but on the PDA statement is R120000.00. I asked for withdrawal form in October still no respond they disappeared as usual. I can't carry on with my life cos I'm still Active with them at Itc. Some credit providers say I still owe them I stopped paying them in November 2016 of which suprises me it was the PDA which was distributing money en stop the payments saying its fully paid on the statement.

All I need is to be withdrawn from the Debt Review cos I'm paying the credit provider direct soncd they say i was withdrawn by their Debt review department due to non payment.

Frustrated en cofused. I need help, guidance and a way forward.
