Bad Service and POPIA breach
From day 1 with the company, the service has been poor. My creditors not paid. Currently, I have requested form 16 and they keep on giving me someone else’s personal details (POPIA breach), I think my personal info also gets given to someone else. I told them that these are not my details but they keep sending me a form16 which belongs to someone else with their personal details, told them 4 times already but this act does not change.
