Bad service and no response to critical issues
I have no words on how bad your service is. Your call center responds if you lucky in 2 weeks from the first email you sent. Well I got 1 response from the last 5 emails sent. Even your CEO desk does not respond to serious issues. SO either you have an email issue or you just don't bother assisting anybody that needs assistance from your company. You are quick to take your debit orders and your monthly fees from what I pay you and in return I get bad attitude and no service. What an industry to be in to pay for something you are not getting. Please contact me for the details to this case. (won't hold my breathe on you guys answering to this last plea for assistance before reporting you to NCA.
