bad service and no feed back

i signed up in august with them and not getting any answers from them

every time i send a email to *** i get no response on it just a few days later they want me to rate there service but no feed back .I am waiting for the court order to state i am under debt review but nothing is happening. I see the amount that i pay each month is not going to end up on the time that i signed with them and everything is just going in areas and not going to be going forward.

i have called in many time but each time i am getting told some one will come back to me but nothing happens. the service i have been getting is so bad i wont even sujest it for any one as just waste my airtime on calls to them and also emails with no response

i am still waiting for call from someone since december
