Bad service

I have app**** for debt with Debt Busters on the 12 May 2023 through Sanlam Credit Solutions on that i phone back and everything was explained.

I have been assisted by Rejoice Kamutiba from Debt Busters ask me to send my details and documents the same day even phone back to say i need to submit. Submit all my documents the same day

Every time when i send emails to ask something no feedback or reply, even when i call leave messages no call back. Received an email on how the payment will be schedule, today i phone talked to some at payment department no payment schedule and can't pick any schedule.

Service very bad no client service or good treatment for the call center,
