Bad service

I received an sms from Debt busters regarding the debit order for December which stated that it will go through on the 15. I never told them to deduct earlier and now the deducted someone's money and am in trouble. I tried to engage to their payments department and still the money is not reversed. What kind of service is that, putting your clients wellbeing in danger. Please refund me
