Bad service

I was in a situation whereby I couldn't afford to pay my creditors. Out of desperation, I came across debt busters info on 1 of the socials, left my info for them to contact me. I did not get full information about the debt review, only read the telephonic contract they sent after I had got it.

Their contract said I can cancel the contract within 30 days if I'm not happy with what is stipulated in the contract.

Ofcourse I was not happy with what was in the contract and I called in to cancel the contract. Only to find out that months after that this company has been going on my account trying to debit my account.

1 of their consultants called me months after that telling me that even if I had cancelled the contract my name will forever be under debt review. My life is stagnant now because of this, I cannot do anything.

I think going to the ombudsman is the only way. I'm suing this company with every cent that I have got.
