BAD SERVICE
i HAVE BEEN SENDING MAIL BUT TO NO AVAIL . I AM HAVING PROBLEMS WITH MY ACCOUNTS I RECEIVE STATEMENTS STATING MY MONTHLY PREMIUMS ARE STILL AT 22.9% ACCORDING TO YOU MY DEBT RESTRUCTURING THAT SHOULD BE AT 2.91%. AFTER SENDING A MAIL JANUARY I HAD NO RESPONSE . i AM STILL RECEIVING SMS'S FROM THE COMPANY'S I OW MONEY SAYING THAT IT HAS BEEN SEND TO LAWYERS FOR DEBT COLLECTION AS MY MONTHLY PAYMENT DUE ARE NOT MET .i HAVE BEEN ON THIS DEBT REVIEW FOR MORE THEN 6 MONTHS NOW , HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE GO GET THE CORRECT ****** INFO TO A ACCOUNTS HOLDER .
