Bad Service

Good day... Both myself and wife went under debt review as we could not make ends meets. We then decide to use a debt counselling service and was recommended by people that they are good.

Firstly... they gave me a quote and agreed in paying an amount... Two moths into the agreement they have advised that the payment needs to increase... I still do not know why the payments needs to increase. Secondly both myself and my wife is still getting constant calls about our debt even thou we advised them that we under debt review, the creditors advised that have not received notification about our debt review. If they are there to help struggling people with their debt, they are not doing a great job and would not recommend them to anyone that is struggling to pay their debt. If there is anyone that could give us information in how to change to a more reputable debt counsellors please advise.
