Bad service
In the beginning the service was good Now at the end when you need to get your clearance certificates it is a big mess always talking to someone else different departments different poeple and the problem doesn't get resolved Bad responses to my emails not giving me proper answers Problems doesn't get followed up I think they are just happy to take the people's money right?
