Bad service
I have been fighting a losing battle with both these companies I have requested too be cancelled under debt review and have my name removed by the ncr and both companies have declined saying the law has changed they can only remove if I have a court order saying I'm no longer overindebt or paid up letters from creditors my dispute is I was advised I can cancel anytime and the new law was never communicated with me I'm now being informed now about was it debt busters responsibility to inform me as a consumer via sms,call or email regarding the changes made on the contract I signed now I being told too accept the law and do what is required regarding something I don't even know about or informed please help ********** 827 Nompumelelo
