BAD SERVICE
I have been with debt busters for the past 3 - 4 years and never had problems with it until now that i'm almost done with the program. I sent numerous emails asking for my balances and also had a few questions but no one is getting back to me. I sent 5 emails in total to different people but non of them has the decency to respond. I have been dealing with Amanda Mayo and Andisiwe Katelo. I asked that one of my accounts be closed and my request was ignored. I sent numerous follow up emails no answer. I am very upset and would like a senior person to contact me. I don't want to deal with Amanda and Andisiwe anymore.
