Bad Service

My name is Bahle and last year June I canceled my debt review with them but to completely remove me they told me i require a representative (lawyer) to assist me and go to court on my behalf to reassure i am no longer indebted . I have since done that but they not cooperating in giving the company my file so they can work with it . instead when i tried reaching out to them via an email, Cody Madumbo from IDMgroup deleted my email without reading read receipt notified me . I am not sure what is one really to do to be assisted and completely removed from this company , I have paid an attorney to assist but Debt Busters are dragging the process and its eating me out of my pocket . I have also sent to NCA and Ombudsman for assistance with this matter
