BAD SERVICE

I have had a very bad experience with Debt busters from the start. (1st year) was fine.

When ever I had a query, I would need to follow up my self to get answers.

With Covid-19 everything is a mess, people either loose their jobs or dont get paid or only half of their salary.

We were one of those families...May I made the arrangement to block my payment. If I did not follow up, I would not have known it was blocked. Begin June, we were advised once again. I tried making all relevant arrangements, sent emails etc. The excuse came they could not open my emails. AFter the 3rd attempt I hear nothing back. On whatsapp it was confirmed my payment is blocked for June. A few days later I received a message that Hyphen will make the deduction. They confirmed there is a glitch. If the debit goes off, I must just send the proof of the needed email address. So the debit went off. I did everything they told me...to date no payment!!!

I have spoken to team leaders and managers who advised me in WRITING that my application for refund was successful. Payment was supposed to happen 27 June. I did not get paid. Tuesday I found out that nothing has been approved. Then i get an email from a team leader saying they are working on it. So who is working on it?!

I am beyond frustration. I will never recommend DebtBusters. I am fed up. I borrowed money to survive this month. Thanks for nothing.
