Bad experience debt busters sa

Bad customer experience with this place i have asked months now to change debit order to go off from new bank account this still has not happen still they tell me debit order was unsuccessful but the bank account details on my statement still points to old bank account. I am unemployed now and logged a ticket for this and set numerous call me backs and chatted to them online and they advised they will me back still nothing. This is bad experience with this employees they have no sense of urgency and keeping clients happy now clients must be worried.
