Bad debt counselling restructure

Horrible service. I voluntarily went under debt counselling through DebtBusters SA and had some of my accounts increasing in outstanding capital balance and others not decreasing at all, after over 4years of making payments according to their restructured payment. All this after not missing a single payment. I have been paying R300 per month since going under debt review in April 2018 towards settling a debt of R26700 at 7% interest, without missing a single payment, The current balance is only R23784.02. Amount Paid to date is R 15628.93, How pathetic is this? Basically on this structure,, i have not been paying to settle the account,.. just interests and credit life insurance, while Debtbusters SA is earning administration fees from me.
