Bad customer services!!

Consultants don't respond to emails. For 6 months I've been trying to get a clearance certificate from them, promise to get paid up letters from creditors and then they don't respond . Come back with different balances for accounts that are paid up.

Worst customer service!!

I hope this will be sorted out asap. I have been sending Sipho Manzini emails and he does not respond. The last time he responded he told me I owe R147 000 on my car. When I joined Debtbusters the balance on my car was under R80000, for 4 years I have been paying Debtbusters and according to Hyphen PDA this was settled. Last year in October I spoke to Saajidah trying to get a clearance certificate, I specifically asked her if the car was paid up and she said yes, she is just waiting for the paid up letter from them. 5 months later Sipho tells me I now owe R147 000, how on earth does that happen when the car was not even that much when I bought it 10 years ago!!!!!!! This is atrocious.
