Bad customer service from Sandile Maqhoboza

I am absolutely appalled with how one of my accounts was handled by Sandile Maqhoboza! To date I have no definite answer on a particular account which is apparently still outstanding when I thought that my rehabilitation is coming to an end

Sandile keeps promising me feedback and I feel that this is just badly handled! I need solutions to my query and my account sorted out asap
