Bad customer service by debtbuster Cape Town

Good day

Please note that I have app**** for debt counselling and my debt counselor is debtbuster based in Cape Town in June 2023.

I have paid the company almost 5 months including the legal costs. To date no payment plan or courtesy has been issued to my creditors.

Yesterday I received emails and calls from creditors confirming that they have terminated my debt review and i am obliged to pay them the amount owe to them by me.

I humbly request your assistance in terms in ensuring that the payment plan is issued if not I have to make arrangements with the creditors to pay them separately. But I can't continue debt counselor while they failed to represent me.

If need be i would like the debt review to be terminated since I can't be protected in anyway.

Your assistance will highly be appreciated
