Bad customer service

I got two quotation for this lady, at that point I still wanted to compare between 4 years repayment and 5 years repayment. I only received a quote on the 4years one I don’t have the 5 years. I send the lady an email from Friday to this date I have not received feedback as she said anything I must just send her an email from Monday I have been calling and being promised she will phone me back but I haven’t received any call. Yesterday when I called they said she is still in the meeting she will call me after 16h00 but she never did. Now I’m a bit worried about your customer service if I haven’t started with the process clearly it’s going to be a problem when I’m already in if it’s a struggle to get feedback or clarity on anything. I’m starting to doubt the company because I haven’t started anything but the service it’s so bad
