Bad communication, leads to bad service

I had communicated that my debit order cannot go off on the 27th but now on the last day of the month. Reason for this is that i have been unemployed for exactlty 12 months, and now from 1 November have been gainfully employed. the comany pays staff on the last day of each month. this i had communicated to Debtbusters. I received a response via email that - the only way that the date can be changed is if i produce a payslip or a bank statement (common sense dictates that this is impossible as its ONLY MY FIRST MONTH). i responded politely to the non-sensical email with an alternative - providing my offer letter. Since then no response and its been a week. Three email later and phonecalls, with no reply. Is Debtbusters going to cover the cost of a bounced debit order? definitely not. If a payment is missed, i automatically will be removed from debt councilling. Is Debt Busters going to ensure this does not happen? who knows. After an initial review of them, I can now see why others get frustrated. 50 bucks says as soon as they see this post, they will jump to assist. I was going to give 2 stars, but 1 is more reflective.
