Bad communication

When applying with Debt Busters, I was initially told I would pay a certain amount monthly. After the negotiations process, I was told I had to pay R1300 more on my monthly installments. Had this been communicated efficiently, I would not have gone under debt review at all! My monthly repayments amount is the same as when I was NOT under debt review! Unsatisfied customer 😔
