Bad communication

I was never updated initially had to pay 7k then out of the blue they debited more then that when i asked why the lady said someone had to contact me and advise as to why. Later I was contacted by one of my creditors stating that they have not been able to get a hold of the debt busters team and since they refused the initial offer they haven't been given a response. when I finally got a call from debt busters it was because I hadn't paid them and not to give me an update. Right now all my accounts are in a mess and i have to sort them out myself .
