Bad bad service
Hi have been a customer of debt busters for about 4 years now. Settled up a few account with them but i have one left MFC about two months ago i sold the vehicle and paid the money over to debt busters to settle up the account as i need the natis to give it to the new owner. So they paid some of the money into the account and the rest into another account wich has been settled. All this happened about a month ago till date i am still waiting for the refund my mails only get responded to days later,phone calls dont help either i get cut off or a manager is never available. My service prior to this was good but now i cant say the same worst service ever... Hope i will get this sorted now.
