Awful service
Worse service ever. I have been sending them emails from 2020 to get my name cleared as I paid all the creditors and only left with my home loan Every they I call I am told they will get back to. Send an email then you get an email back asking you to rate the service that you received from one of they so called advisors as your query has been solved and the ticket is closed. What a pathetic service. Now I got someone to help with my debt review removal and I was email and invoice of almost R1000 before they can transfer my file and for the passed 3 years I have not been serviced by them. Till today still waiting for feedback on the invoice.
