<p>I called in last week Wednesday requesting my outstanding balances , I was told tby a cosultant they would follow up and provide feedback- This morning I called in and spoke to Dilshaad she advised me there is no case on the system and would request the information </p> <p> </p> <p>I am so upset , how can a business rated this highly provide such **** service</p>
