ASSISTING WITH CLIENTS
Not too happy with Debt Busters services. I have had a lot of queries that took forever to dealt with. Also, a lot of queries was send over whatsapp to 2x different people from Debt Busters, and the replies are tragic. Same as for emails. The thing is, since the beginning a lot of people contacted me non-stop, so we can be part of Debt Busters. But as soon as I needed and STILL NEED some assistance, they DO NOT ASSIST. Because of this, it's giving me some trust issues with Debt Busters. Please sort this out and work on assisting your clients more quickly. Can't wait 2+ weeks - almost a month for some assisting.
