The consultant with whom I have been in contact with,Victor,was extremely helpful and clear. Firstly,I was able to hear him when he had spoken to me and with the assistance.Secondly,the manner with he had communicated towards me was of a friendly snd helpful nature. Truly willing to assist. Thirdly, when I requested a copy of the statement which stated that my monthly had been received which he told himself what he noticed from the system, he had no objections and sent it immediately after our telephonic conversation.
