Appreciation Message
While there were issues with my application, my complaint was responded to timeously. The lady I spoke to regarding my issue was very nice and understanding. So for that I can say thank you. I hope that the matter will be dealt with swiftly and from this point more amicablely, as I was at that point very angry and have had time to cool off and calm my nerves. Thank you
