Application without consent

I received a call with a true caller name sanlam, and because I have a loan from sanlam I thought it was sanlam, I then proceeded talk to them when they said they can offer me consolidation, and before I spoke to them I said I hope this is not debt review, I spoke to a lady called mapaseka who said no it's consolidation, I later then discovered that it's actually debt review I then told her to remove my name as I know what debt review is and I am not interested. I later received sms saying I should complete the application, I called the company the next day saying I did not want anything why am I receiving sms, they said she is busy with my application after I was very specific and Loud in saying I'm not interested. I am going to take this company to Ombudsman as this can ruin my credit profile. I want my name removed from their data base.
