Appalling service from the agents!!!

They were my PDA in 2015. I went out of work and stopped paying. My name was listed kinder debt review since then. I started working and finally settled my debts last year. I contacted them to help remove the name since it was put by them. They gave me a run around. I contacted the NCR and a couple of credit bureaus who advised that they cannot remove me without an instruction from the counselor. I have been calling them but the moment I give my details they disconnect the call. I managed to speak to a lady who said she’s gonna send me an email with a list of what they need and a response email. Five hours later and nothing. I called back only to speak to hear again and she disconnected. I have sent a good couple of emails to them with no response. I am not sure if their calls are recorded or audited because you cannot treat a call like that. I have been begging for attention and they have been ignoring my cries. They transferred me back and fourth only to have the call disconnected after spending half of my life on the line.
