Appalling service

This is one of the most appalling companies one can deal with. If they can't make money from you then they dump your account claiming non-compliance. In 2021 after several requests for assistance with settlement of my accounts from debt busters failed and I obtained them myself and settled all debts except one from Std Bank which was sold to a third party without my knowledge and as a result there was a dispute on balance. debt busters decided to suspend their services and won't issue clearance without a payment of R3500. According to them this is a standard fee for 17W clients, but they don't want to acknowledge is that they are the cause of the problem in the first place. if they provided me with the reconciliation of the Std Bank account as requested it would have been settled immediately. I don't understand how they can be allowed to sell the accounts under their management to a third party.
