Appalling service
I am extremely horrified by the service. I was promised a call at 14:00pm from the consultant, Justine Booysen, she is handling my query. It's now an hour later and still nothing. My query is opened from Monday and still not resolved. The mishandling of my contract is shocking. Negotiations with my credit providers was **** and old court order dates with no stamp was issued. My monthly instalment was debited and I had to pay out of my own pocket because of arrears. I am so frustrated at the moment. I will not recommend this company to anyone.
