Appalling service

This company COULD NOT CARE LESS! They make you a world of promises and duck and dive afterwards, leaving you without ANY assistance, but happy to take your money.

Due to a new job and dishonest boss that would not pay me, I was unable to meet my monthly rehabilitation payment. I notified Debt Busters of this in MAY 2018. I was able to use provident fund money until July to support myself, and ran into a problem from August. Debt Busters did nothing between MAY AND NOVEMBER 2018, despite me contacting them.

In November, when I was employed again, they sent notice to Creditors informing them of my situation. I the meantime, creditors were phoning me non-stop; part of the relief supposedly offered by Debt Busters.

Many creditors had not been informed of my change in circumstances. Debt Busters is completely ***********!

FNB has cancelled my Debt Review, due to lack of communication and commitment from Debt Busters.

Debt Busters “resolves tickets” at their own whim, even when a problem is far from solved. They simply could not care.

They pull you in with false promises of services that they do not provide and once you are legally bound to them, they don’t care what happens to you.

Consider and alternative to Debt Busters. They will take your money, and you’ll end up losing everything anyway!
