Appalling customer service

I don't know whether your agent understands English or maybe you have another language that is used that customers may not know about. My husband was under debt review in 2008 and he paid everything and was given clearance, however my name was never cleared and it still shows that I am under debt review. I sent you the email to notify the credit beareau that I am not under debt review so my name can be cleared since I was told that this is supposed to be done by the debt councilor but you agents understand this. The service is appalling I can't begin to explain.
