On Saturday I received a call, absolutely amazing service by Pamela mpofu she made me feel so much at ease, and the best part is that I had trouble with completing the process on my number she ensured to go above and beyond and send it to my alt number and even followed up with me and her **** ended at 1pm but she still ensured everything was sorted without rushing, even today she got back to me on email with an update, a definite gem to have I hope her efforts are recognised higher and she gets to view this, my experience have being great so far and feeling a lot better
